(7/16" - 1/2") Outer and Inner Rings are aluminum. Inner ball bearings are chrome-plated steel. The total weight of this Spinner Ring is approximately 2.90 lbs. The VXB website shows the weight capacity as 500 lbs. but I can't guarantee that figure, because I have no actual knowledge of the weight rating. To be perfectly honest, that figure seems kind of high to me, but I just wanted to mention this in the interest of full disclosure. I would guess it would safely hold 250 to 300 lbs. but again, I can't guarantee that. These Spinner Rings are for HORIZONTAL mounting and use only! The white plastic "feet" pads can be removed for attaching with screws. (Screws not included.) NOTE: I have a limited number of bags of screws and washers (see picture) available.
