The stainless inner and outer bands are bright and Great. . There are some cracks-separations on the outer rim of the wheel. No cracks at the center hub or spokes. The wheel is very straight and round. No dents or dings. The Center Hub and spokes are Great. There is light Rust. Good mounting splines.
