Description: 1982 Harley Davidson Commemorative Edition. Clean CA Title in my name. Registration is on Non-Op status with DMV. Purchased from the original owners widow. Bike had been sitting unused in the garage for many years after his passing. It currently has a running S&S aftermarket engine and I have a Manufactures Statement of Origin for it. The original engine is included with the purchase, but I don't know what its mechanical condition is. Motorcycle Engine Number on the Title is the same as the non-running original engine. As stated, the motorcycle starts and runs, but I do not believe it to be roadworthy at this time, as it has been sitting for so long. Therefore, NO Test Drives !!! I would strongly advise the buyer to have it professionally inspected and all necessary preparations be performed prior the putting it into service. The mileage indicated in this listing is what is stated on the Title which says "Actual Mileage", I do not believe this is correct as the motorcycle has an aftermarket speedometer and it does not match what is printed on the Title. I do not have the original speedometer. This motorcycle is being sold AS-IS. Buyer understands and acknowleges the condition and the terms of this transaction. It is the Buyers responsibility to make payment to me in cash and pick up the motorcycle and related parts within 10 calendar days of purchase. *****I started it up this morning (10-29-2024) just to check on things and noticed some oil dripping from under the primary cover.***** Just wanted to point it out for full disclosure as I had already listed this for sale yesterday. Please take note of it.
