This casting was introduced in 2001 as part of the Pavement Pounders series. The name "Long Nose Day Cab Truck" is unofficial, as none of the transporter castings from these series were named. It is modeled after a 1940s or 1950s truck. It is referred to as a "long nose" truck in contrast to the newer short nose trucks. The truck tows a step-deck flatbed trailer. There is space in the trailer for one car, and the rear opens up to form a ramp. The cab can be disconnected from the trailer. The car is a 1953 Cunningham C4R racing car - featuring a white body, silver stripes on top, Hot Wheels logo on rear, clear windshield, a blue interior and chrome 5 spoke wheels. Thanks for looking!
