Even though the cards are fresh out of the pack, there may still be print lines/defects, or other markings on the card that may not be noticeable. I try to respond right away. ****************** All cards are shipped in a penny sleeve & top loader sealed in a top loader sleeve OR in penny sleeve & Card Saver I or II sealed in a Card Saver Sleeve. Both will also be placed into a sealable bag. Cards <= $20 will be shipped in hard envelope with card sealed in a bag (sleeve, top loader, bag) inside to ensure the card arrives in the same condition it had left in. Base shipping is eBay Standard Envelope speeds. At checkout there is the option to upgrade to USPS Ground (Better tracking/faster speeds & ships in $20 card mailers.) Cards $20+ will be sent in the hard envelope (same as above) but also inside waterproof bubble mailer.
