Condition notes The projector has, at last count, 10 dead pixels. This has been built into the cost of this otherwise gorgeous, powerful projector. Bulb replacement did not fix this issue, nor did a deep clean. Customer support suggests that ten pixels out of thousands isn't very noticeable and recommended that refurbishment might solve the issue, if you wish to undertake that process.
