The first yarn I ever carried from this distributor was a Queensland Collection yarn. They produce a wide array of yarns for all tastes and budgets. Cairns has been a summer staple ever since it was introduced about 6 years ago. The construction of this yarn is a triple tube construction. It is somewhat tape-like which adds more to the texture effect of the colors of this yarn. 6 new colors added for 2024. This yarn is worsted weight with a blend of 60% cotton and 40% acrylic. Each 100 gram ball contains 190 yards. This yarn is offered at $16 each.
