Description: Sweepster Hydraulic power unit with CAT 3208 diesel power, three hydraulic pumps. This is an air force surplus unit that was used to power a sweeper for runways. The unit was stored in Arizona until recently. We have checked out the unit and believe the engine is very low hours. The unit has 4164 hours on meter but engine has been replaced with CAT reman engine at some point. I have videos of the unit running and bore scope camera view under each valve cover. (available at request) When the unit came in the fuel was drained as a precaution due to unknown age. Fuel filter was changed and unit started right up. We did have leaking hydraulic hoses due to rotten aged hoses. Unit needs said hoses and new batteries but otherwise functions with the limited testing we did. Has three Hydraulic pumps see pictures. Has remote throttle control that we disconnected to manually throttle. Would need to connect a remote throttle control switch to control throttle remotely also hydraulic control solenoids were controlled remotely as well. Unit is sold as is, please ask any questions you have or contact us to inspect the unit before purchase. Onsite crane available to load unit on your transport.
