We are a family company and always strive to provide warm and friendly customer service. Shipping and Customer Service Information This is our first pandemic but we're doing the best we can. Please understand that during the pandemic the situation literally changes daily from country to country. Some places are under lockdowns and some are not. Some customers may purchase something while not under lockdown, but then they are under lock down a week later. This all affects shipping. There are no international flights to many locations and very few to others. The mail does not own airplanes, they rent space for the mail on commercial flights. Most people have to buy online during these times and the post office is overwhelmed with mail and packages and they are under staffed. We ask you to please understand this when you place an order. Sometimes packages may take longer based on the current situation either here, or in your area. There will only be tracking for orders over $50. For smaller orders and orders of 1 or just a few patches, we simply use a normal letter envelope and a stamp. Don't worry, we've been doing this for a long time and rarely have any problems, but I want to be completely clear, the shipping is standard international economy and no tracking is offered or should be expected. (unless the order is over $50 or the customer contacts me and makes a special request and I certainly will do my best to accommodate every request. We do the best we can and we are not here to scam anybody. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us for help before leaving feedback.
