Description: Charming retired Dept 56 ~ The Heritage Village Collection ~ North Pole Series ~ Elsie's Gingerbread 56398 1998 ~ in the original box. The production for this issue was limited to one year. This includes the working light assembly and bulb. This house includes a magic smoking chimney feature although we did not test it; there is a little magic smoke left in the bottle. Please see photos for contents of box; the light assembly and bulb are in the box but not in the photo. Very good used condition. Note: Some flags are missing their insert peg; these pegs may be stuck in the insert openings for the flags. These flags could be glued in place if desired. The exterior box slipcover/sleeve has some very light soiling, staining and some bends.We are always happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases where possible.
