The 2-piece roasted alder body has a super faded aged, 3-color sunburst sparkle finish that was given the super heavy relic treatment. The quarter sawn, roasted maple neck feels great and is paired with narrow-tall (6105) frets, a 9.5" radius and a Large "C" profile. To complete the package Fender Custom Shop gave this guitar Hand Wound '60/'63 Strat pickups with Vintage Modified #2 wiring w/ Tone Saver Bleed. The hand-wound ‘60/'63 pickups are voiced to recreate the throaty Strat tone everyone expects from those years. Each pickup is measured for balanced output from neck to bridge and the middle pickup is reverse wound to provide noise-free tones in the 2nd and 4th positions. Additional features include a mint pickguard, Custom Shop vintage synchronized bridge, vintage tuning machines and a bone nut. Also includes deluxe hardshell case, strap and certificate of authenticity.
