It says about the merits of women to the fatherland. The golden-haired girl with her giant arms embraces everything that her efforts are invested in. These are factories, dams, construction sites, space stations and universities. Everything is depicted in the form of a collage, from which a sheaf of ears grows, illuminated by the circle of the sun and the stars on the spiers of the Kremlin. The writhing jets of water from the dam continue in a whirlwind of smoke from the chimney and below curl around the girl's neck in the form of curls of her hair. Curved lines create a sense of endless movement within the composition. This is facilitated by the color harmony of yellow, pink, blue and white. The image of the girl is symbolic, it is the unifying face of the Russian girl, who will both "stop a galloping horse and enter the burning hut." Her round face is located along the central axis, with the sun, stars, and fingers of her hands on it. The artists created the composition in the style of monumental art that was popular in the 1960s. Firewalls of houses were decorated with such images; these were large panels or relief compositions. They corresponded to the time of loud marches, victorious construction projects, fulfillment and over-fulfillment of plans.
