REMOVE the NECK EXPANDER first, run the well lubed donor brass into the resizer. 2. Now cut to a little over SAAMI length [pretty much fractionally above the old shoulder]. Use a HACKSAW. Why? Cutting wheel grit is really abrasive, and will get everywhere and scratch your dies and brass. 3. Trim [I used a Lyman case trimmer] then de-burr/chamfer. 4. Now tumble all your reformed & trimmed brass. 5. REPLACE the EXPANDER BALL, lube brass and resize, trim, chamfer, tumble again. WHY do it this way? If you cut and trim first, then resize with the expander ball in place you'll end up with brass burrs and the thicker necked brass causing a stuck case ocasionally. Need a 300 Blackout Bullet Mold?
