Description: All zippers and buckles work. It does have staining on the white zipper trim, and a small hole in the outside mesh pocket and a small area of fabric missing above the pocket. These are noted in the pictures. I soaked the backpack in soap water and scrubbed it, but haven't tried anything harsher than that to get the stains out.
