The pouches should fit double cuffs, a tourniquet, a radio, a X26 taser, a rifle magazine, 2 9mm/40 cal magazines, pepper spray, flashlight, baton, trauma shears. Besides that, What you see is what you pay for. It had a front zip and is long cut, 48R. Probably would fit someone that's like 6'2"+ with a long torso. Definitely not me. I'm 5'11" 145lbs.
