Most of the pieces do have initials engraved on them (see last picture.) Wrench ratchets by hand with no issues. Tips on some of the bits show some wear. Most are in good shape, except for the #2 Phillips which has the tip broken off. The case has some writing on it, dirt, etc. However, still in good overall used condition. Returns must be made in same condition as received.
