These are basically* brand new orthotics with three sets of inserts with increasing arch support. They come with pads so that no one can see them when you take your shoes off. They also come with peds/orthotic covers if you want to use them for comfort or traction. * Basically brand new means I wore each set one or two times only to find that it didn't help with what ails me (an arthritic toe). I had buyers remorse. I tried to return this $1500 purchase after one wear of one set within 24 hours of purchase but they have a strict policy of no returns. If you go into the store and find that you want to buy the full package, don't spend $1500. Buy them here for only $500. Still in the original bag with all components. They are labelled Small and fit Women's sizes 7-8.5 or Men's sizes 5.5-7. While it didn't work for me, it will surely work for someone who needs high quality arch supports. If you've seen the Good Feet Store commercials (and who hasn't), go get a fitting and try them out. Then by them from me at an insanely reduced price ($1000 savings).
