Description: DATING TO THE VICTORIAN 19TH CENTURY FASHIONED OF A THIN COTTON WITH AN UNUSUAL RED AND BLACK BRANCH PRINT RUNNING IN A STRIPE FULLY THROUGHOUT. RUFFLES TRIM THE BOTTOM OF THE SLEEVES AT THE CUFF AS WELL AS FULLY AROUND THE BOTTOM HEM. TURNED OVER COLLAR WITH BUTTON CLOSURE IN THE FRONT. THE INTERIOR HAS BELTING TO DRAW THE PIECE INTO THE WAIST WITH RUFFLING AT THE BUSTLE. CONDITION: ESTATE FRESH AND SOLD AS IT WAS ACQUIRED. NEW BUTTONS ARE NEEDED AT THE FRONT AS ALL ARE MISSING. THERE ARE THREE MOUSE NIPPED HOLES ON THE FRONT RIGHT SIDE, AS PICTURED. THERE IS A FINGERTIP SIZED HOLE AND AN ERASER SIZED HOLE ON THE OPPOSITE FRONT SIDE ON THE LEFT. A SMALL PATCH MEND WAS WELL DONE ON THE BOTTOM OF THE FRONT CLOSURE WITH A SECOND ONE BENEATH THE COLLAR ON THE RIGHT SIDE SHOULDER.
