Description: Emerson Stevens Hand Made 3 lb axe head. Looks like Connecticut pattern. The date stamp just says 5 There's no other digit worn off or anything. I'm assuming its from the 50's ?? Also stamped W One spot might look like a crack in some photos? But its more of a little "gouge" It could use a little work but overall it's not too bad. Solid axe. Not mis-shapened or very worn down. Buyer will be happy Check it out
