Description: Vintage 1950s Marx Tin Dollhouse, "Suburban Colonial". Light pink house with round window, red roof and red shutters. 6 rooms-8 if you count the dining room and rooftop deck. Comes with 40 pieces of furniture including the baby as shown. Furniture is not original to this house, but is from the general era. 29 pieces are Superior brand. The remaining 11 have no marks. PLEASE READ item condition and see pictures for more details. Will ship 100% assembled. We do not want to stress the tabs by dissembling and having buyer reassemble. Item has been loved over the years and shows wear. The roof has odd patches of something here and there all over (picture #24). It does not wash off with gentle cleaning. It is missing the chimney and canopy for the rooftop deck. The floors have glue where a previous owner must have glued down some furniture (picture #s 15-21). The furniture included is not original to the house, but is from the general era. The rooftop deck has rust (picture #22). It appears as though most if not all tabs are present though some are not as fixed into the proper place as others. House is a little wobbly if stressed-probably due to those not properly fixed tabs. There is wear such as scratches/creases and smaller areas of rust here and there. Item is generally clean, but as this is a used item, should not be considered pristine and new owner may wish to do further nook and cranny cleaning/dusting/polishing. See pictures for more details.
