Description: Vintage 1950's Kimino Short 48" Long Robe I can't say for sure if this is Silk or Satin. To be safe, I'll say it is Satin. Lined with same color ivory lining but no pattern on the lining. Ivory with faint shade Blue and Green Flowers. 3" flowers with a hexagon pattern around each flower. No holes, tears or signs of wear. There are no tags. 48" Long 48" across the top including arms. Up to 42" waist (21" across the waist and at the bottom) 18" long x 12" wide arms, closed end arms, open on the sides. The are some foxing stains from age and storage, mainly on the front of the lapel. This Kimono was brought back from Japan by a family member during the Korean War. The kimono has been stored in a smoke free home for over 70 years. It could stand to be pressed but is pictured as found. Has not been cleaned. See photos for complete description and condition.
