Comes from a non smoking home. Vintage original blue Chair to 1962 Barbie dream house is in good condition. Some wear scuffs marks. One back leg is taped to make sturdy. The ottoman has old aged tape marks where it was taped to hold the ottoman closed ( since the assembly of these was just folding and tucking the cardboard with use they would fall open). This is why it was taped. There are no odors. Good replacement set for your dream house.
