All the hinges and the latch are attached as new and work great.The face of this is wavy, it has a couple raised ridges on it. I tried to show them in the picture of the face looking straight down on it but it's hard to pick up. I have another black one and it has the same issue so I think it is common for this type.I have two of these available and they are both in pretty much the same condition as stated above.
