Description: The newest high quality reproduction of a WWI British field dressing. The bandage and gauze are based off of the WW2 Aussie dressing. All the Fabric is 100% cotton and are identical to the different fabrics used in the ww2 dressing. The dressing is sealed in a water proof casing and two are placed and hand stitched inside the outer casing. Each casing is stamped by hand with a custom made stamp. The date is April 1917 for later war impressions. More dates will become available soon. The fonts are closely matched as possible to the original fonts used in the directions. Every British soldier carried a dressing. Again I must say that the color of the bandage is a bit too saturated and it is something I will fix in later runs. Better than an outer casing stuffed with foam that takes a month for the owner to ship and better than SOF or other reproduction crap. Not sterilized.
